Basement Renovation - Woodgreen Avenue

On this project the main focus for this BASEMENT RENOVATION is not only all the bells and whistles like gas fireplace open concept family room, gym/kids room, and custom bathroom, it was more the laundry room. This couple has four kids and lots of laundry to be done. We managed to stain the staircase and handrail to compliment the laminate flooring color. Once we are in your home there is always other things to be done, in this case the builder installed a glass sliding door in the family room which limited there couch layout. My team took it down for the client and installed a window not to loose the natural light. DIRENZO GROUP nailed this project perfectly on time and on budget.
